This role drives external community partnerships, while managing internal workflows to ensure sustained and successful implementation of doula work in current and future markets. The ideal candidate has project management experience, is comfortable managing various stakeholders, enjoys presenting to partners, and is passionate about our mission. The Doula Experience Specialist will support insurance plan partner conversations as they pertain to doula network capacity, growth, and strategic scale-up.
